Starting a return
Contact us with your order number and what went wrong. Our team will confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo along with your order number and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify. Your bank determines how quickly the funds appear.
Made-to-order items
Custom and made-to-order products are produced individually. Reach out before ordering if you have questions about sizing or finish.
